The Bronze AI Agent package involves completing a questionnaire with 10 essential business questions. These help define your AI’s basic personality, tone, product or service details, and customer interaction style — ensuring the AI responds appropriately to your customers.

Technical Overview

Token-Based Usage: Operates on a OpenAI account.

API Tokens, are set per plan with usage costs based on interactions.

Token usage allowance for Bronze has 2,500 Tokens, this should be more than enough per month.

Bronze Ongoing Subscription

$29 USD per month – required to keep your AI Agent active, hosted, and updated.

Optional Training

Expert training sessions are available at $110 USD per hour to ensure you and your team can effectively manage and utilize your AI Agent.

Payment & Build Terms

Full upfront payment is required before the AI Agent build begins. Delivery and training typically occur within one week after payment. Your subscription starts immediately after delivery and training.

Subscription Fees & Refunds

Subscription fees are billed monthly at $29 USD per month. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Subscription refunds are prorated for unused days if canceled within the first 60 days. No refunds after 60 days.

Refund Policy for Build Fees

Bronze Tier ($39 USD): 50% refundable if canceled before delivery; non-refundable after delivery. This tier includes setup and basic customization work. Retaining 50% of the fee on pre-delivery cancellations fairly covers the time, planning, and initial work performed while still offering partial flexibility.

Ongoing Subscription Requirement

Your AI Agent requires an active subscription to remain operational. Failure to pay monthly fees will result in the deactivation of your AI Agent.

Liability & Ownership

You retain ownership of all data and content you provide for building your AI Agent. We retain ownership of the underlying AI technology, platform, and code. Usage rights are licensed for your business operations only. Redistribution, resale, or transfer without written consent is prohibited.

Acknowledgment of Platform Requirements for AI Agent Deployment: *Platform Requirements: To deploy your AI agent, you must have: ManyChat Pro account for Instagram/Messenger WhatsApp Business account plus a separate, unused phone number for the AI agent Relevant accounts for other platforms (Telegram, Discord, Website) as neededI acknowledge that deploying my AI agent requires a ManyChat Pro account (for Instagram/Messenger), a WhatsApp Business account with a separate unused number for WhatsApp AI, and relevant accounts for other platforms as needed.

Token Usage Responsibility-My subscription includes a monthly token allowance to power my AI Agent. Usage within the limit is covered. If I exceed it (not likely), I understand I may be notified. *Token Usage & Overage Fees -I understand my plan includes a monthly token limit. If I exceed it, I’ll be charged $20 per 1,000 extra tokens. I authorize billing for any overage fees, and I’m responsible for monitoring my usage to avoid service interruptions.I agree to the Additional Usage Policy and understand that extra usage may result in additional charges.
