Subscription policy

The AI Work Flo offers subscription plans for our AI Assistants: Starter, Growth, and Pro. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms regarding billing, cancellations, upgrades, and refunds.

1. Subscription Details

All subscriptions include support, updates, and usage reports.
Your AI Assistant will be disabled if payment lapses.
You may cancel anytime; no refunds are provided for unused days.
Upgrading cancels your current plan and starts the new subscription immediately. Any applicable setup fee differences are charged at upgrade.

2. Free Trial (Starter Plan)

The Starter AI Assistant includes a 7-day free trial.
Build Fee: $597 AUD (paid after trial)
Subscription: $97 AUD/month (plus GST, paid after trial)
Optional Training: $90 AUD/hour
7-Day Trial Guarantee: If you are not satisfied during the trial, you may cancel and no subscription or build fee will be charged. You will receive confirmation via email.

3. Cancellations

Cancel anytime via our Manage Subscription Portal.
Cancellations take effect immediately, and your AI Assistant will be disabled.
No refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.

4. Upgrades & Downgrades

Upgrading starts the new plan immediately and ends your current subscription.
Any applicable setup/build fee differences are charged at the time of upgrade.
Downgrading may reduce features, support, or usage limits.

5. Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at info@theaiworkflo.com within 7 days of the charge.

6. Plan & Pricing Changes

We may update pricing, features, or plan structures in the future. Changes will be communicated in advance and only apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
