Welcome to The AI Work Flo! These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase, subscription, and use of our AI-powered digital assistants. By subscribing or continuing after a trial, you confirm you are authorized to act on behalf of your business and agree to these terms.

Acknowledgment and Agreement
  • You must be a business owner or authorized business representative.
  • You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
  • You agree to be bound by them on behalf of your business.
  • By submitting forms, you acknowledge that all AI Assistants are custom-built digital services and that work begins once setup payment is confirmed after trial.
Trial & Setup Fee
  • Starter Plan: 7-Day Free Trial — no payment required during trial.
  • If you decide to continue after the trial, a one-time setup fee of $697 AUD applies.
  • Monthly subscription starts after setup payment: $97 AUD/month (+GST).
Scope of Services

The AI Work Flo provides AI-powered customer engagement assistants connected to your channels, all managed on a dashboard.

  • Plans available: Starter, Growth, Pro.
  • Add-on modules are optional paid upgrades (subscription-only).
  • All AI assistants are custom-built.
  • Build begins once setup payment is confirmed after trial.
Delivery Timeline
  • Starter: within 2-3 days after setup payment and forms submission.
  • Growth: within 2-3 days.
  • Pro: within 2-3 days.
  • Delivery depends on client submission of all forms and scheduling of deployment calls.
  • Delays caused by client input or busy periods may extend timelines; these are outside The AI Work Flo’s control.
Pricing
Starter Plan
  • 7-Day free trial — no payment during trial.
  • Setup Fee (after trial if continuing): $697 AUD.
  • Monthly Subscription: $97 AUD/month (+GST), starts after setup payment.
Growth Plan
  • 14-Day free trial — no payment during trial.
  • Setup Fee (after trial if continuing): $1,197 AUD.
  • Monthly Subscription: $197 AUD/month (+GST), starts after setup payment.
Pro Plan
  • 14-Day free trial — no payment during trial.
  • Setup Fee (after trial if continuing): $1,797 AUD.
  • Monthly Subscription: $297 AUD/month (+GST), starts after setup payment.
  • Yearly Subscription (10% discount): $3,208 AUD/year (+GST) — equivalent to one month free.
Edits & Modifications
  • Free edits per plan (must be requested within 60 days): 4 edits allowed per plan.
  • Additional edits: $65 AUD/hour.
Add-On Modules
  • Modules: appointment setting, lead generation, escalation to human.
  • Charged as monthly add-on + initial setup fee.
  • Billed with core subscription.
Subscription Policy
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
  • Cancel anytime; subscription takes effect immediately; no refunds for unused days or partial months.
  • Upgrades and downgrades handled on request; differences in setup fees may apply.
Ownership & Use
  • All custom workflows and AI setups remain The AI Work Flo’s intellectual property.
  • Reuse/resale prohibited unless approved in writing.
  • Upon cancellation, AI assistants are decommissioned.
Confidentiality & Data Privacy
  • All business data is confidential and stored securely.
  • Deleted upon request.
  • We do not sell, share, or transfer your information unless required by law.
Limitation of Liability

The AI Work Flo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our AI assistants. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

  • Payment Information: Processed securely through payment providers; we do not store credit card details.

2. How We Use Your Information
  • Deploy, maintain, and support your custom AI Assistant.
  • Communicate service updates, schedules, or inquiries.
  • Provide access to forms and resources required for setup.
  • Send marketing communications if opted-in.
  • Improve and optimize our services and website functionality.
3. Third-Party Hosting & Services
  • AI Assistants may be deployed through third-party platforms. We are not responsible for platform downtime, technical failures, or data loss.
  • Communications and business data are encrypted and accessible only to authorized personnel.
  • Clients must provide accurate account credentials for platform access and comply with all platform terms.
  • AI Assistants must be used in compliance with applicable laws, including privacy and communications regulations.
  • Liability for platform issues is limited to the amount paid for AI Assistant services.
4. Data Storage & Security
  • Data is stored securely using encryption and cloud services.
  • Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
  • We implement safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
  • Data transmission is at the client’s own risk.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
  • Data is retained only as long as necessary for services and legal obligations.
  • Clients can request deletion of personal or business data at info@theaiworkflo.com.
  • Data may be temporarily retained after service cancellation for auditing or compliance purposes.
6. International Data Transfers
  • Your data may be stored or processed in countries outside your residence.
  • By using our services, you consent to such transfers with appropriate safeguards.
7. Client Rights
  • Access and correct your data if inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Opt-out of marketing communications at any time.
  • Request your data in a machine-readable format where feasible.

  • Maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the AI Assistant service.

  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
