Subscription policy

The AI Work Flo offers four subscription plans: Mini, Bronze, Silver, and Gold. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms regarding billing, cancellations, upgrades, and refunds.

1. Subscription Details

All subscriptions include support, updates, and usage reports.
Your AI Agent will be disabled if payment lapses.
You may cancel anytime; no refunds are given for unused days.
Upgrading cancels your existing plan and starts the new subscription immediately. Build fee differences are charged when applicable.

2. Free Trial (Mini Plan)

The Mini AI Agent may include a free trial period, as advertised.
At the end of the trial, the chosen plan will begin automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Cancelling during the free trial stops the plan immediately and no charges will apply.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through our Manage Subscription Portal.
Cancellations take effect immediately, and your AI Agent will be disabled.
No refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.

4. Upgrades & Downgrades

Upgrading starts the new plan immediately and ends your current subscription.
Any applicable build fee differences are charged at the time of upgrade.
Downgrading may reduce features, support, or usage limits.

5. Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@theaiworkflo.com within 7 days of the charge.

6. Plan & Pricing Changes

We may update pricing, features, or plan structures in the future. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will only apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
