• Third-Party Dependence: AI Agent performance depends on Respond.io servers, policies, and uptime. The AI Work Flo is not responsible for downtime, technical failures, or data loss caused by Respond.io.
• Data Security: Communications and business data stored on Respond.io are protected using industry-standard encryption. Only authorized personnel have access.
• Client Responsibilities: Clients must maintain their own Respond.io accounts, provide accurate credentials, and comply with Respond.io’s terms of service. Clients must not attempt to access or interfere with Respond.io’s backend.
• Compliance: AI Agents must be used in accordance with applicable laws, including privacy, anti-spam, and communications regulations. Misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination of service.
• Limitation of Liability: The AI Work Flo is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from Respond.io’s performance, security, or technical issues. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the AI Agent services.

4. Data Storage & Security

• Personal and business data is stored securely using encryption and secure cloud services.
• Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
• We implement technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or alteration.
