Once your payment and required forms are submitted, our team reviews everything. You’ll receive an email confirming we have all details, along with a link to watch our Deployment Overview Video and book your delivery & deployment appointment.
What forms do I need to complete?
You’ll be asked to complete:
- Business Details Form
- Google Questionnaire (to understand your use case)
- Brand Identity Form (logo, colors, tone of voice, etc.)
- Stripe Payment
How long does setup take?
- Mini AI Agent: Within 48 hours
- Bronze: 1–3 business days
- Silver: 3–5 business days
- Gold: 5–7 business days
Timeframes may vary slightly depending on the complexity of your setup.
What is the Deployment Overview Video?
It’s a short walkthrough explaining:
- How your AI Agent will be deployed
- What to expect during the setup call
- Key things you need ready before deployment
What is the deployment appointment?
This is a live video call where we:
- Finalize your AI Agent setup
- Deploy it to your website (and additional platforms if applicable)
Test it with you to ensure it works correctly
Do I need to be technical to use the AI Agent?
No. We handle all technical setup. You just need to provide your business details, brand identity, and any platform access (website, Instagram, Messenger, etc.) so we can connect your AI Agent
What if something is missing or incorrect in my forms?
We’ll contact you with clear instructions on what needs fixing. You won’t need to refill the entire form — only provide the missing info.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade from Bronze → Silver → Gold at any time. Your subscription will be updated automatically via Stripe.
How do I manage my subscription?

You can open it and you need to Log in to manage your account where you can:
- Update your billing details
- View invoices
- Cancel your subscription if needed
If you cancel, your AI Agent will be disabled straight away.

All Core AI Assistants come with basic support to make sure your AI is running correctly. If you’d like personal guidance, training, or help customizing responses, you can book hourly training sessions at $110 USD/hour.

Yes! You can add the Customer Support & Service Module, which allows your AI to handle more customer requests automatically with ongoing updates and AI training — this is focused on helping your customers, not personal support for you.
