Account Management Options
Self-Managed Ai Account:
For A self-managed Ai Account when you purchase a Ai Agent you must sign up for your own OpenAi account and provide the necessary API keys.
You’ll be responsible for managing your own OpenAi account, which will include purchasing tokens to run your Ai agents, monthly checking your current balance and pay what you have used (typically Cost range: ~$0.06 to $0.70 depending on model and chat size of your customers using your Ai Agent.
Managinging your open Ai account is crucial to running your Ai Agent.
You will also need to save the 2 open api keys somewhere safe for any occasion when we need to access them after initial set up.
Token pricing varies based on the OpenAi model and usage.

We can set up your OpenAi account for you
You will still be responsible for managing the tokens to keep the Ai Agent running, so the ‘Core’ Ai agents we build you will run 24/7. Without Tokens the Ai Agent will not work.
Note : Open Ai accounts can be opened before or after we build your Ai Agents, If you prefer us to handle everything, we can manage your account for a fee of $110/hr.
